These forms contain the natural movements and behaviors of animals. Styles such as Snake, Tiger, White Crane, Praying Mantis, and Monkey aid in development of fluid movement, balance, agility, and physical conditioning.

Some weapons found in these forms are the Staff, Spear, Broadsword, 3-Sectional Staff, Chain Whip, and Kwang Dao. Weapon forms not only develop techniques for self-defense, but also help improve coordination.

This program teaches not only the traditional 24 posture Tai Chi Chuan, but also covers Tai Chi weapons, additional Tai Chi forms, Pa Kua Chang, and Hsing-I Chuan. All forms increase strength, stamina, physical well-being, and reduce stress for a healthier mental state.
