 Always bow whenever you enter and leave the practice floor. Class begins and ends with a bow from a seated position on the knees. The highest rank will kneel in the first row on the right. Lower ranks will fill in the line. When starting the next line, get behind someone in the first row. After the bow, do not stand up until the ranks above you have stood up.   |
